The VCA certificate demonstrates that we apply safe and healthy working practices and that we meet the statutory obligations under the Working Conditions Act. This is not only important for our employees but for our customers, who often have to comply with certain safety regulations and must be able to demonstrate that their suppliers likewise comply with those requirements.

All our people are highly qualified (and receive ongoing refresher training) and all our equipment is inspected regularly to ensure that the safety of our employees and that of our customers is guaranteed to the best of our ability.

The audit did not identify even a single nonconformity (deviation from the ISO and VCA* standard). In fact, the auditor actually highlighted a number of strengths, such as the ongoing development of the management dashboard and the investments in Cyber Security and sustainability – which are both issues that are becoming increasingly important in modern society.

The management dashboard, which is continuously developing, allows us to see whether we are achieving our goals on an ongoing basis and where any adjustments are needed. This allows us to make improvements continuously.

In the area of sustainability, we are investigating the opportunities and options with regard to our own loading infrastructure and the electrification of the fleet.

In the field of information security, our goal is to obtain the Cyber Essentials certificate in order to be able to demonstrate our efforts and achievements in this field to our staff, customers and suppliers. In this regard, we are very much leading the pack in our industry.
